~~~2.) What is your raiding/playing history in WoW? What past guilds have you been a part of? What is your total /played on your character/account?~~~

Most of my history in raiding comes from the original World of Warcraft when I was a member of the guild Malice. I completed every end game instance up to Naxx several times before I stopped playing wow for almost two years. Since then Burning Crusade and Wrath have come out, so my experience in these expansions doesn't go beyond heroic 5-man instances. My total time played exceeds 100 days across all of my characters.

~~~3.) Tell us about yourself. How old are you? What kind of out of game interests do you have? What is your favorite joke/youtube video? How would you describe your personality?~~~

I am a 23 year old college Philosophy student who works at a gas station. Most of my interests gaming wise are in RPG, RTS and MMO's such as the Elder Scrolls series, Fallout 3, Diablo 2, Warcraft 3, Age of Empires 2-3 and I've been known to play a little Runescape. I also play a few FPS games when I feel like it such as Killzone, Halo, and COD. As far as jokes and videos go, I find random, stupid things like Car vs. Dog funny, as well as the john lajoie videos, and scrolling through 4chan for hours. I'm a very down to earth, laid back person. I'm not a hardcore gamer, I prefer a more casual playing experience, though I can sit on Wow for 8 hours at a time ha ha. I get along well with others, and steer clear of drama.

~~~5.) Explain to us HOW you fulfill your ideal role in endgame content, and your vision for what you want your character to be. Links to any WoWWebstats or WoW Meter Online parses to illustrate your point are welcome. This question is where you explain certain gear choices or spec choices that we might see as 'out of the ordinary', or why a certain stat might be lacking on your current gear set.~~~

With my rogue, I wish to obtain the highest amount of damage and crit possible while also maximizing my survivability when soloing stronger mobs and bosses, or when I am farming a rep that requires me to refill my health constantly. When it comes to obtaining rogue gear, it has been very straight forward in my experience; AGI, STA, and all the attack power, hit and crit you can get. There really isn't much decision making when it comes to things like, "Do I go with the mp5, spellpower, or extra INT??" as I would often have to do on my priest. In the end game material, I see it as my main priority to push out as much damage as possible while maintaining a low threat level by feinting and vanishing often, and thus I would search for gear, enchants and gems which would help me obtain the highest output in this category. My current gear is quite shabby, with a 4.4k GS, but I am diligently working on getting all the best gear I can get from the emblems and ICC 5-man heroics, in hopes to prepare myself for the end game material.

Several of my friends had joined your guild while I was in malice, or just starting to play again, such as Wrathofra, Drbeefy, Muatahu, and a few others.

Just wanted to toss a line here and keep you updated. Your application has been posted in the Officer recruitment forum for review.
I saw your comment on your gear as "shabby". A couple of things I noticed right away from your armory was a lack of enchants and gems. You could do a great deal to improve your dps by putting at least some placeholder enchants and gems in your current pieces. I would advise working on your gear a bit while the other Officers are making their decision, but your gear in its present state does not seem suitable to jump into a raid.

I just have to question your gemming. I see a few 30 stam gems on your gear and that nightmare tear is probably better used in a different socket. I don't mind offering you a friend invite for now since you know a few people here but I think you need to do some research into rogue gearing before we bring you for raids.

I think everything was pretty much covered.I did however want to point out that you may wish to take another look at your combat spec.
It looks as though maybe you still have your spec from when you were leveling?
You may wish to reexamine it now that you are wanting to be a raid dps.
* a few examples *

- speccing hack and slash over close quarters combat while using a fist/dagger.
- points put into riposte and unfair advantage as opposed to vile and improved poisons.

Also I find roguerogue.com useful as well .Its a little less " mathy" and has some nice videos/specs and all around good info/options to help make your class more enjoyable.

there are many ways to spec a rogue .... some are more effective for raiding than others.

Well I've been working on all the suggestions from you guys, filling in my empty sockets, and enchanting my gear as best I can. I've also tweaked my mutilate spec more in accordance to what I've seen online to be the highest single target DPS build. I've had a couple runs through ICC 10 and 25 man, and have managed to get my GS up around 5100. Thanks for all the input.
